Processing Time:
After order confirmation, your order will be processed and shipped within 5 business days. For prepaid orders, processing begins once payment is successfully completed. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing begins immediately upon order confirmation.

Delivery Time:
All products are expected to be delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment.

Overall, orders are typically delivered within 8–14 business days from the date of order confirmation (and payment, for prepaid orders).

Cash on Delivery (COD):
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready in cash at the time of delivery. Our delivery partner may not be able to provide change.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, location constraints, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
